Beating that plateau!

Does anybody want to beat that plateau with me?!

I'm taking out alcohol from my diet and going to put my scale away for a month.

Going to track everyday eating my daily calories for -2lbs a week + calories from exercise.

Going to work out 3-5 times a week and constantly keep my workouts progressing.

Summer is coming soon! Let's get that swimsuit/summer body!

    nice vicky! Scale is the devil lol it always ruins my demeanor when I look at it on off days. I'm trying to get to my lowest weight below 180 lbs never been lower so should be interesting! My scale is in the firepit lol!

    The scale is horrible! Lol I measure as well which is helpful. What is your weight now? And what are you doing to reach 180?

    Awesome! Let's do it together! I'm going to start today, until April 13th! Hoping to lose at least 4-8 pounds by then!
