Confused on how many calories to eat?

Hey guys so Im trying to lose my last ten pounds I want to go from 126 to 116 I used to eat 1200 calories but now I increased it to 1400 calories.Im very inactive (especially now that its spring break lol) however I workout 6 days a week and friday saturday sunday I work in a retail store.From Monday to Thursday I excersise then get on my desk and study and study and don't move much.My bmr is 1356 so I just needed some advice.

    Set your goal to lose half a pound a week on sedentary. Eat that amount plus half of your exercise calories.
