For the UPSers and other laborers

So, I work at ups for about 4 hours straight up every night lifting heavy packages nonstop as an unloader. I don't do any other exercise other than Pokémon GO for an hour a day. Anything else I can do? If you can't think of anything, feel free to talk about your labor jobs, too. I wouldn't mind sharing my frustrations with work as much as I would expect you to. :)

    I have a friend who does that. She's a figure competitor as well. She hits the gym before work and lifts, that way she's not too tired or sore after work and the constant movement at work delays fatigue.
