motivation to eat/eat right

Im Emily! I downloaded the MFP to help me keep track of calories. Apparently a couple short months ago, I was consuming less than 200 a day but didn't realize it until I fell out at a friends home. I figured as long as I munched on something quick, I was fine. It's a stupid thing, to forget to eat or just think I've eaten plenty when in reality, I've not. If left alone about it, I don't think about it until the end of the day. The app does help cause I see it and instantly think, oh shucks! I better eat to make a diary, but now that's starting to slip. Really need some motive buddies. If anyone is up for the job, I'm a lot of laughs :p
