Is my face going to change much?

Will gaining 10 lbs or so make much difference in the face? I am trying to recover from an eating disorder, and I know I am going to gain weight, but I don't want to see my face get older, fatter, puffier, weirder or whatever. ☹️ Is there a way to prevent this?
I am 5'7 and 105 lbs now, and I have to be around 115 lbs I guess.

I don't think you can control where the weight goes back on but I doubt that 10 lbs will make that much difference.
I don't know if this helps but I have found that my face actually looks better now it has filled out a little!0 -
You want to know if your face will get "puffy" if you weigh 115 lbs at 5'7"?
No. Not even remotely. You'll actually still be underweight at that point. You should probably aim for closer to 120.0
