Exercise for weight loss.

I have lost 4kgs in 14 days with doing little to no exercise.. how is this possible?

    You created a calorie deficit, which means that you consumed fewer calories than your body used.

    A calorie deficit can be created with just dieting, just exercising, or a combo of diet and exercise.
