Exercise for weight loss.

I have lost 4kgs in 14 days with doing little to no exercise.. how is this possible?

Weight loss depends on how much you eat. Calories are king, so to speak. Also, at the beginning of a diet, you tend to lose alot of water weight. Exercise is to look and feel better as you lose and after.2

You're in a calorie deficit.
And a large amount of that weight loss is water.2 -

Caloric deficit. I don't change my exercise routine at all when I cut and I still lose weight. It took two threads for this?1
