BCAA vs glutamine

Which one is better for muscle recovery ? Please do not say both ..I need one

    Are you consuming at least 0.8g protein/pound body weight? Chances are you don't need either.

    If you work out fasted it might be worth taking BCAA (pre or intra w/o). Otherwise, assuming adequate dietary protein - no benefit.

    Glutamine - assuming adequate dietary protein - no benefit.
