Hello, I've started to try out intermittent fasting and am looking for friends who are doing the same/or haven been for a while now.

it's tough when you first start it. but then your body feels so much better after. I am on day 2 of a 2 day fast. and tomorrow is jut around the corner

Could you explain why your body feels better after? Also, do you noticeable feel better after only two days?

Hi, I'm doing the 5:2 diet, making sure I log everything on here. I've found the trick is not going over 2000 calories on the 5 days! It's quite hard on the light days, but food tastes so good on the other days! It's certainly made me more aware of portion sizes.0

I do 16:8. I find it relatively easy, and it makes it so much easier to stay within my calorie limit. Add me if you like.0
