I'm Katie and I'm getting back to working out and eating healthy in the wake of a breakup. I'm also working toward training for a 5K. I used to love to run, but stopped after an injury. Now I'm picking it back up and hoping it helps with weight loss. Does anyone have any tips for sticking to your exercise routine? Or is anyone else doing something healthy for themselves after a breakup?

    Hi Katie. The best motivation is that getting out there and moving is good for you, mentally and physically. Develop a habit and stick to it. Your a nice looking woman, you wont have any problem finding another partner if you want. Good Luck!

    The only way I will stick with something is if I like it. I try not to force myself to do exercise I really dislike, because then I lose motivation to keep at it.
