Injuries from/after the work out.

In the past week=

Pulled muscle from taking the sports bra off.
-sticky sweatiness made it difficult, I jump around pulling every which way, I pull muscle.

Trying to peel off shin sleeves after running.
-they are tight, supposed to be, I pull, I nearly break elbow when it hits the table once the 'sleeve' starts to come off. sonofabtch hurts like a mutha now.

I basically pass out bending over to grab clip while mid-run.
Clippy thingy that holds ipod cord to shirt falls to flood. I cannot run without it. I stop and bend over to get it. Complete head rush and the lights go out.


anyone else feel like a complete a$$hat for stupid injuries?
