Hi,
I have lost almost 35 lbs in 3.5 months but I still have belly fats. Although my waist is now 33 inch from 36 inch but belly fat is still there......I was 220 lbs and now I am on 185 lbs with 6'0 height.
Any suggestions?????

did you have a baby and stretch our your stomach muscles? Try exercise. You can't spot reduce the fat on your tummy, but you can tighten up muscles that hold it in.

This might be sagging skin--it happens a lot. It could firm up with time, it's just a matter of waiting.

Your body fat % is still above normal. Once it gets there, you'll lose the excess fat.

185lbs and 6'0 is likely to not be especially lean unless you're very well built or big boned. This is me at 5'11 and 176. I don't have the relevant front on shots (I'm a narcissist who was proud of my back progress), but you can see there's a bit of a spare tyre and I still had too much stomach fat and a complete roll of a lower belly. It turned out 10lbs lighter was needed to be lean overall.

Lose more fat, build stomach muscles, wait for loose skin to tighten.

Are you at your goal weight?

At 6' and 185 for a male, you're on the BMI border between normal body weight and the overweight category. Losing five or ten additional pounds could likely improve your waistline, since for a lot of people the very last fat to disappear is on the belly area.

Since you lost the weight relatively quickly, your skin may have some rebounding to do, too. To what extent is a product of your age and genetics. You've still got age on your side.

Give it some more time. Lose a few more pounds if you like. Use a good body moisturizer. Add in an exercise program if you're not already doing so.

    That's all I got. :)
