Punching bag workout

I've been trying to mix up my workouts to see what I like and discovered I really enjoy the punching bag. The problem is I've never really done it before so I need advice on a workout routine. So far I've just been jumping rope or riding stationary bike and then practicing my form on kicks and punches.
I've been eating 1200-1300 calories per day and walking 1- 1.5 miles on work break. I've started a stretching/yoga routine and also do a strength routine of squats, planks, lunges, crunches, etc. So far down 16 of 50 I want to lose but feeling strong and happy. 32 y/o female.
Any advice will be appreciated!!
