cant get motivated!

so it seems like every morning i wake up with good intentions and i never follow through, by the end of the day im in the idc mode and im stressed out that it feels like my body doesnt want to work with my brain.... if that makes any sense at all!!!??? postive ideas please!

    Honestly, just do it. Get up, get ready, and go. Don't give yourself time to procrastinate.

    I take a hard honest look at what I want and what I need. I believe we get the two confused and make a whole lot of rationalization behind it. You got to feel it in your bones that you "need" to change this or that verses " oh I want to lose weight ".

    It seems your target is set too high and it seems terrible and scary and better forget it all together and eat.
    Set up a small, even tiny, achievable goal for the day. One that you can actually achieve. For example try to weigh all your food and log it, without restricting yourself.

    That will set you going.

    Then reapeat for the next 2-3 years. That's what we all do. Step by step.
