There are only a few days left of Winter and March 20th will mark the first day of Spring in 2017.

Spring is a time for rebirth and renewal and for those of you who are planning on losing weight, this is a great time to kick start your journey.

Feel free to post your current weight and goal weight if you want to keep record of your losses. You can also post your calorie goal, diet plan, and exercise regimen.
