Headed to police academy in April!

Been doing this for 2 months. I'm not terribly overweight just doing it to get in better shape. Lost 10 pounds this month, 20 more to go for my goal. What works for you?

Eat in a small deficit and train to meet the physical fitness requirements.3

Baked chicken, in all varieties. Veggies, very little fruit, for breakfast the same 2 pieces of bacon and one egg.0

If you are not morally/religiously/fiscally opposed to beef or pork or fish, add them to your diet. A grilled sirloin or burger, pork chops, etc. Plus pasta. You don't have to eat boring foods but you don't have to be fancy either. I eat nearly the same thing for breakfast every day because I love it.1 -
