Second Time Around

Hello! I'm starting this up for the second time (I got lazy about logging the food) because I really want to give it a true try. I lost a lot of weight in the past and got really healthy, but I lost focus :( and have gained a lot of it back. I was fortunate to keep a lot of the muscle tone I developed so while being close to my old weight, I look healthier than I did then. The first time I lost weight I used a lot of meal replacements (two shakes, one meal) but let's face it, that can't last forever. This time I really want to lose it by choosing the RIGHT foods instead of NO foods. I think that will keep me from falling off again. But I've become insecure and physically uncomfortable, and summer is coming up. If those aren't good reasons idk what is. Today is the first day this week I've gotten my macro percentages near perfect while staying under my calorie deficit! Perfect end to the week :) I love tips and advice!
