    Who?

    Oh.

    Who cares.

Besides, why does a university need a prince?

As an American I would never support of a monarchy here, but I think it works in England. I like the idea of having a family with traditions to the country representing the values of the nation, while the politicians do the real work of governing. In America, too many people expect the President to be their Daddy as well as a fixer and a great statesman. It's impossible for anyone to fill all those roles.

when he ascends the throne he will be the 43rd Monarch of England since William the Conquerer took power in 1066, the recognised beginning of the monarchy

he may have to wait a while as Charles has been waiting all his life & is champing at the bit to get the crown on

and William, his father, is only 31 so if he lives to be 100 then baby Prince will be 69 before he takes over

but it's a momentous day, this couple bring joy to the 4 corners of the world, congratulations and good luck to them! :flowerforyou:
