Weight loss and gain question

Im 19 years old, im overweight obviously and i hit my 30th pound loss yesterday, i see a lot of weight change in my stomach which is great but i have no booty. I was wondering how could lose weight but still manage to get my booty and thighs and hips bigger but my upper body smaller?

Lifting weights with a program like Strong Curves.5

Do exercises that build the muscles in your legs and butt (squats are your friend). That said unless you're really overweight it's hard to both lose weight and build muscle.0

I'm assuming you want a firm booty not a dangling fat one.
I'm going to recommend the Strong Curves book too. The only way you can get one is muscle.0
