So as a lot of you do, I love my chocolate! Recently I bought a bag of mini kit kats. I usually eat about 3 of them (130 calories) to help finish my daily calories and fill up my sweet tooth. Is it still bad for me?

Unless they make you sick, they aren't bad. You're meeting your calorie and (I'm assuming) nutrient goals, so go for it.1

Bad for you how? Are you diabetic? Do you have digestive issues?
If you re just talking about weight loss, as long as you stay at your calorie goal you'll lose weight, regardless of what you eat.
It's different for everyone the best way to do that while feeling satiated, getting enough nutrition and staying healthy.3 -
If they fit your calories and you enjoy them, you'll be fine.1
