Male, 62 years old, and just retired from my day job where most of my time was spent driving a car.
Now I'm ready to run my treadmill into the ground.
Goal is to walk/run an hour a day for the rest of my life.
1300 calories a day to lose weight, then add calories when weight goal is met.
Survived heart attack and on beta blocker. I have no problems reaching max heart rate.
I use Polar heart rate monitor and Polar Flow to chart workout and progress.
I do not eat/count exercise calories.
Weakness: Counting them damn food calories.
If you are interested in specifics, friend me and let's work together.
