Currently I am constipated which, I've never; knowingly been & I've been, using Stevia In The Raw for; nearly 2 weeks daily! I've tried it, off & on but not, continuously for; this length of time! I consume, approximately 1 ~ 2 Tablespoons daily; typically 1 though!

Not me, but I use stevia drops so it does not have the usualy fillers. Could it be a filler?

I wouldn't know for, certain but I'll definitely try the drops next time to, determine if; there's a difference! I am a, habitual consumer & thus it's easy to narrow what, causes something if; it's potentially food, beverage and/or supplement related!

Just don't use much. I would guess that about 2-3 drops is about the equivalent of a teaspoon of sweetener.

Magnesium supplements can help with constipation too. Fats, nuts, and fibre helps others, although fibre slows me right down.
