Staying focussed sugar detox

How long till withdraw symptoms subside ( fuzzy vision, lightheadedness, tired etc) not going to give up just would like advice

It sounds like you may not be eating enough.. Have you tried sugar free yogurt or jello-o? A few handful of nuts may help with a few of the symptoms. Are you doing no carb as well? Some of the symptoms should go away in a few days. The tiredness may last about a week.0

When doing low carb (which I guess you're doing) I found I felt like crap for about 2 days....
Make sure you're eating plenty of fats, sufficient protein and keep up fluids/electrolytes/salt0 -
None of those things should be happening because you are eating less sugar. Are you eating enough food and getting adequate sleep?0
