Can anyone relate and share with me your daily calorie count?

I'm 5'5" and 165 so close-ish. I recently set mine to a slower loss than previously as I have been losing continually since last May and didn't want to burn out. I have set MFP to lose 1/2 pound per week and MFP has given me 1690 per day.0

Plug your stats into MFP.
Select your activity level based on daily activity without including exercise.
Log your exercise and eat 50% of the calories burned to start with (after 4-6 weeks reevaluate and adjust up or down as needed based on average rate of loss).
I'm 5'4.5" and during my weight loss I ate an average of around 2000 calories a day (total...not net). Even now, I'm in the 130's and would lose eating 2000 calories. The key factors though are that I am fairly active and I use a food scale 90% of the time.
Edit: forgot to add that my heaviest was 260 lbs. I didn't start tracking calories till I was around 220 lbs. So the average is from 220 lbs to where I am now.1
