Not losing weight

I've been eating about 1000 calories per day and excersizing per drs orders and the scale still hasn't moved help!!

    You're eating too few calories if that's an accurate number; do you weigh your food?

    How long have you been eating that number of calories and how are you calculating calories?

    And are you eating or netting 1000?

    You could be loosing fat but having water retention. Try adding lemon to your water and try to keep hydrated it helps are body stay optimal.

    You're not eating enough calories so your bosy is holding on to the fat for energy. Increase calroic intake to at least 1200 - 1600 calories.

    If you're not losing you're eating too much, not too little. Are you weighing every bite on a food scale or just estimating?

    Of course, sometimes the scale just simply doesn't move. There are other reasons besides eating too much. We'd never plateau if it was that simple.
