Hello, my name is Dree. I'm 48 and have been using My Fitness Pal for a year or so but find it hard to stay motivated to lose weight. Any words of advice to keep me on track? Looking forward to meeting new people and staying motivated

Hey Dree. I've personally found the ketogenic diet very easy to stick with. I used to crave sugary foods in the evening (especially ice cream,) and those cravings have been eliminated since I started keto. You can find a ton of good info about it online. Good luck!0
