Only 5kg ... (11lb) ...

Options
Wanted to share a little visual.

In the left image taken Nov 5th 2016. I was 60kg (132lb), and with a height of 162cm (5'2'') my BMI was well into the healthy range for BMI @22.

On the right I am 55.6kg (122lb), also smack bang in the middle of 'healthy' BMI @21.

5kg (11lb) doesn't seem like much, but on a small frame like mine it is quite noticeable.

My first 11 lbs lost did not look that dramatic. Amazing work! 11lbs is a lot! Give yourself more credit than "only 11 lbs." :)

-Also, you got your conversions wrong. I'm 5'2" myself, and since I sometimes order clothes from places that use metric units, I'm pretty sure that it's ~157 cm.

    Oh yeah - typo ... 5'3''

And to clarify, this was not my first 11lb ...

My highest was 69kg which is about 152lb (I think).

This is just my latest comparison.
