Hey everyone ive just started getting into this app curious to see whos apart of GO Health. Im trying to bulk up from 80kg im aiming for 8% body fat.

Need abit of help with meal preppin ideas, recipes, suggestions plz

    No idea what GO health is, but I hope you realise you've set yourself what I assume is a couple of different goals?

    Bulking - to gain muscle - will require a calorie surplus, and a progressive lifting routine. Along with muscle will come fat - the amount will depend on the size of your calorie surplus.

    Getting to 8% (are you planning on competing in a bodybuilding show?) will require dieting, and eating in a deficit.... And a lot of commitment.
