Can anyone help me work out the caffeine content please?
400mg American Ginseng
400mg Korean Ginseng
400mg Red Chinese Ginseng
400mg Siberian Ginseng
400mg Guarana

Is it even possible to work it out?

Ginseng doesn't have any caffeine in it. Guarana does.

According to https://caffeineinformer.com/caffeine-content/guarana, 1 gram of Guarana has 47 mg caffeine. So at 400 mg Guarana you'd be getting 18(ish) mg of caffeine.

Here's a link to WebMD with info on possible side effects and interactions: http://www.webmd.com/diet/supplement-guide-guarana#1

Depending on what kind of supplement you're considering, there might be other ingredients with caffeine as well. Plus maybe you drink coffee or tea and so that's even more. It's wise of you to try and figure out how much you're going to get from supplements so you don't overdo it. :)

An 8-oz cup of coffee has about 94.8 mg of caffeine, although keep in mind how the coffee is brewed will change the caffeine content a little bit.

    Hope that helps. :)
