Good morning, from Maryland.
I am a MFP restart, will be 55 this year. I need to get healthy. For many years, the added weight has not effected me, but now I see and feel it. My knees are especially feeling it, too. I have one surgery behind me and if I don't get my act together will need more on my knees. I have about 85lbs to lose. Let's encourage one another....
