hello all

hiya every one im jane 28 my goal is to lose weight and ive joined the forum to seek advice on reaching my goals i have 4-5st to lose i do not calorie count i just cant do it and dont intend to in the future as yes id like to lose weight but at the same time i dont want to waste my life doing it. ive done so much research over the years and this is the first time in my life i have had that true motivation to eat better and work out when i say eat better i dont mean diet i mean general healthy eating lifestyle change if you know what i mean.
