Why would a stretch make a difference to weight?!?

This is the strangest thing, and it's happened the past 2 mornings so it wasn't just a one-off, but I've no idea how it works.
I jumped on the scales this morning and it read 153.8lbs. Came off & had a huge stretch, bent over to touch my toes then stretched backwards as far as I could to ease my stiff back, then back on the scales. Weight now 151.2! It had been 45 seconds since I had weighed myself, and definitely hadn't eaten/drank/peed.
Anyone else experienced this bizarre phenomenon?!?

It's probably not the stretch. Some scales can vary even from one weigh in to the next, with barely any time lapsed. It could just be a matter of how you stood on the scale. Mine is sensitive. If I lean forward or backwards too much, I get an inaccurate reading. I try to make sure I'm standing up straight.1
