I have been stressed to the max lately. I work out and it helps for a bit but not good enough. How does everyone else deal with stress?

    You guys are so much more in control than I. I am freaking stressed to the point of all possible stresstation... yes, I made that up. I've been on an eating rampage and because of my current lack of control I've gained all my lost weight back plus more... I even looked up "Hypnotist for weight loss" last night because I have changed my eating patterns so much in the last couple of months. I feel you nobleh5. I wish I had some healthy suggestions for you. This is the first week that I've been able to reign in my eating and I've lost 4 lbs already but it's a slippery slope right now... I'm even debating whether to admit I've lost the weight on MFP just in case... :*(
