I tried a fat burner a few years ago that worked with my diet and exercise but can not remember the name anyone using any that work i still plan on dieting and exercising but looking for some sort of extra help

    All the help you need: If it works, it's not legal; if it's legal, it doesn't work.

    Save your money. They're all scams.

    Anything works with diet and exercise, because the diet and exercise is what actually works. That's why they put that disclaimer on their labels.
