Thin Arms

I am losing weight pretty evenly all over my body but my arms have been, and continue to be, very large. They are my least favorite part of my body. I used to lift a lot and my triceps were huge. The muscle has gone down but now my arm is just fat. I do not want bulky arms again, I just want thin arms but I don't know how to achieve this. Is there a better option than lifting weights for this? How can I thin them out?

Lose weight. There is no spot reduction. If you lift in a deficit, you will not bulk.6

^ This. You can't target where you lose fat from. Keep losing weight and it will eventually come off.0 -
Just wanted to add this - you say you used to lift, your triceps got huge as a result so you stopped?
Stick to lifting. It's annoying at first but once the DOMS water retention goes down and the fat starts burning away, you do end up smaller. It just takes a while. Saying this as someone who stores fat in her thighs and since January have had bigger thighs since starting off with free weights. Not to be discouraging, but it's only now like almost three months later I'm fitting in my trousers comfortably and my worst area (definitely my thighs, lol) are looking loads better.
Still can't spot reduce of course, but preserving muscle whilst losing weight will help how one looks a couple of months down the line.0 -
My arms have also been the last place i lost weight. A great suggestion i received was to not do more than 1 isolation exercise for arm muscles. Make arm workouts use all joints (ig. Bench press, push ups, lat pull downs) & do front, side & bent over side arm lifts to work shoulders. Ive started seeing a difference, but patience is required. Hope this helps! Keep at it.0

I don't get it, you had purposely built muscular defined arms and lost them on purpose???0

If you don't want highly defined arms, just keep body fat high enough to prevent definition.1
