The past month has not been my best friend. 5 weeks ago my siatica nerve really affected my movement and I didn't hit the gym for 2 1/2 weeks because of the pain. When that started to subside I got sick, missing another week or so. During this time I tried to do some kind of activity and reach my step goal but it didn't happen much. Also during this time my nutrition suffered as well. Those things have subsided for the most part however, I was hired for a position that will keep me active my entire shift, which is good. Bad thing is I get off kind of late to really go home and cook and I do not have the foods necessary to do meal prep. I have continued to log in and try to reach my steps. It's been a struggle for the past month but am not giving up. I plan to move forward, start at the gym soon and work on my nutrition. During this struggle I do not feel as if I have gained weight, and honestly do not feel too bad. Although the guilt of not hitting the gym and not concentrating on my nutrition has me a little stressed. Not posting for people to say I've lost control or to point dinners. Had to get it off my chest and feel accountable.
Thanks
