What workout DVD features the best warmup/cooldown sequence?

I work out at home and one area I fully admit to not paying as much attention to as I should is the warmup/cooldown sequence. In your opinion, out of all the workout DVDs you've done, which one features the most comprehensive warmup and cooldown sequences which aren't absurdly long? IMO I would have to say Rushfit for warmup and Rip:60 for cooldown, but I'd like to see what everyone else has to say.

I love the Insanity warm up. It's 9 minutes long (gradually increases in difficulty and ends up being part of the workout) followed by a few minutes of solid stretching. Not much of a cool down though. You go right from max heart rate to stretching. Maybe that's good? Not sure.

Leslie Sansoon's "Walk With Me Till You Die of Boredom" has the best warmup/cooldown I've seen so far. Of course, all 45 mins of it is warmup and cooldown. I don't remember there being any actual exercise.

But actual exercise wasn't a requirement, was it?

    Dave, Dave, Dave. :drinker:

Also, bumping for you. I'm trying to think of something that didn't involve stretching in the beginning, but I'm at a loss.
