Hi everyone! I am starting over (yet....again....for the umpteenth time).
I am 36 (almost 37) and am a Army Wife to my wonderful hubby. We have a DD (11), a DS (6), and a fur baby.
I never really struggled with my weight until I had kids. I have tried losing weight so many times, but never really saw big improvement. I know that I need to lose weight.
One of my big problems is that I have a foot problem and knee problems, so sometimes (more often than not) when I do work out, I can barely move that night. It is like a double edged sword....I know that i have to work out to lose weight, however, when I do workout, I hurt so much. I am hoping that if I can push through the pain and lose some weight, then my body won't hurt so much.
I have been on this site for a while, but not a regular.....that is about to change!
Thanks for reading!

It might help you to know that exercise is not vital to weight loss. Provided you maintain a healthy calorie deficit, you will lose weight. I dropped the first 50 lbs or so without exercise because of my back problems. Don't get me wrong, exercise is great for overall health and for controlling body composition, but if you are struggling with not being able to exercise, focus on your diet instead. You'll get the results without injuring yourself.0
