    I did it with a lot of expert help and bariatric surgery. Reversed the day after surgery and significant weight loss.

    MFP was recommended to me to track my food intake.

    Everything you do towards your weight loss will help your numbers.

    I am pre-diabetic so I am attempting to cut it off at the pass so to speak. Good luck with your journey!! ^_^

    Good luck! My family has extensive diabetes and it's why i work hard to keep my weight down. Not easy, but you can do it. Look at weight loss in small steps. Lose a pound; 2; five!
