My Exercise Vow for July 23...who's in?

I hereby declare that on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 I will:

-Ride my exercise bike at a leisurely pace for at least 10 minutes
-Weight-lift 4 muscle groups according to my new, self-designed weight-lifting plan.

Once complete I will quote myself and report my success!

    Woohoo! Wtg :) Today, I vow to get over 9,000 steps on my pedometer and get a good workout in at the gym.

    today i will swim for 60 minutes ..... go bike riding up hill for 30 minutes and most of all play a good game of tag with my two beautiful children (60 minutes pretty much running after them the whole time LOL ) im always the one whos it >
