I hereby declare that on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 I will:
-Ride my exercise bike at a leisurely pace for at least 10 minutes
-Weight-lift 4 muscle groups according to my new, self-designed weight-lifting plan.
Once complete I will quote myself and report my success!

today i will swim for 60 minutes ..... go bike riding up hill for 30 minutes and most of all play a good game of tag with my two beautiful children (60 minutes pretty much running after them the whole time LOL ) im always the one whos it >0

Today I will go to the gym and get in 30 minutes of cardio or more and tonight I will fit in a quick strength-training session before I start editing photo sessions.0
