The morning after... Should I get some rest?

Did about 5-10 mins work out yesterday with some dumbells and my bum, thighs, calves and upper arms are so sore. Can barely move.

Should I do a bit more today or rest?

I was planning to start the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today.

    At least go for a walk and do a little bit of stretching.
