I enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. I've been denying myself that to reach my weight loss goals. Is that something I should save for my cheat day or can I splurge on a glass of red wine whenever?

Fit it into your calories3

Well do the calories fit in your day? I personally sometimes but not always can fit in a glass or two of wine.0

I had a glass of wine, sometimes two, pretty much every day while losing. I'm in maintenance now and usually have two glasses several times a week. At ~125 calories per 5 oz pour, it shouldn't be too hard to fit into your calories, as long as your deficit isn't too aggressive.4

Yes, usually it fits. I'll re figure something's and make it fit problem is, wine makes me eat more. But I'll work that out, get that under control.1

Fit it in, I do that and I'm on "only" 1200 a day - I wouldn't get far by cutting out wine completely ;-)2

I try to limit to 1 glass because like you said, wine makes me eat more! More than 1 glass and i'll be raiding the fridge.0

I just started buying the little one serving wine bottles instead of a whole bottle. This way, I am not tempted to have another glass -- two glasses always leads me to extra late night snacks.1
