What have you been doing to tighten skin up naturally while losing weight? Id like to cut this off in the process not after its all off.

I know losing weight quickly leave extra skin, but there must be something that helps.

Ive been doing improvised crunches that is helping a lot. What else? And for thighs and arms?

Thanks.

42 lbs down this year. Mostly belly hang disappearing.

Congrats on your loss! If you aren't lifting weights that would be a great place to start. Plenty of free routines on bodybuilding.com. If you don't have access to weights you could check out You Are Your Own Gym.

A lot has to do with age and how big you were when you started.
Adding muscle helps take up that slack though.

Strength/resistance training is great for helping to retain a larger % of lean muscle mass while losing weight. It's not the same thing as "tightening" skin but it does help you look better.

Genetics, how far the skin was stretched, how long the skin was stretched, and your age are all factors that increase or decrease your chances for better looking skin.

Time - lose at a moderate pace to allow your skin to "catch up."

Don't know if it's working, but exfoliating and moisturizing my entire body.
