Plateaus really do end!

I just wanted to throw this out there for anyone who is truly on a plateau. I am talking about a real plateau like four weeks or more. I was stuck for about four months. Everyone seemed to think I was eating more than I thought but I was usually under my goal every day. I had to make a decision if I was going to give up. I decided that I had lost 70 pounds and wasn't willing to gain it back. So I just kept going. I tried eating a little more for a week (maintenance level) but that didn't seem to change anything. I decided that if 1200 calories was maintenance level for me I would live with it. Now the weight has started coming off again! I just want to encourage anyone going through this not to give up. Yes definitely check your logging to be sure it's accurate but if all else fails keep trying. There may be an end in sight. I'm now down 74.6 pounds and counting...
