I'm looking to add some motivational people to my friends list! I'm preparing for Basic Training at the age of 28 and could use some positive people trying to reach similar goals of weight loss increasing strength.
Trying to lose 15 lbs
Increase: 2 mile run, push ups, and sit ups!
