Vegetarian, vegan, customizable,healthy restaurant-like stir fried veggies on rice

Options
You'll need:
- 1 tbsp of your choice of oil
- Veggies (I reccomend red and green pepper, broccoli, peas, onions)
- Minced garlic
- Thai peanut sauce
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

First, put 1 tbsp or less oil in the pan. This will help start the cooking process, but you it's not necessary. The juice from the vegetables will eventually give enough moisture.
Begin stir frying the veggies, mix in the garlic. Once the veggies are half way done, add Thai peanut sauce and soy sauce to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste, and cook until finished.
