Gastro Surgery -Anyone else?

I am on month 2 of 6 supervised weight loss classes before my surgery is scheduled. Is anyone else out there having or had this surgery?

The question I would want a good answer to is "OK, if this all works like you say and I get to a BMI of 24 some way down the road - how do I then maintain my weight at that point".
