18 lbs off! Smashed the 200's and I am now at 199 lbs. had been a slow 2 ish weeks with not much movement even though in a deficit but the whoosh came this morning.
Feeling happy and I am now just obese l rather than obese ll

    Awesome! Way to stick with it. I'm down 8 LBS since I really got back to it about two weeks ago. I lost most of it during the first week. Now I'm having trouble dropping about 2 LBS, so I can reach my first milestone (dropping below 170 LBS). I'm trying not to fret about it and to be patient, but it's not always easy. However, my determination is holding strong. My motivation is all the clothes in my closet that will fit me again once I get back to a healthier me. I'm only 5'3", so my body weight makes me obese as well. I do still feel heavy, but I feel less heavy. I feel better about myself after losing 8 LBS, but I still have a long way to go. I'm trying to focus on 10 LBS at a time; one day at a time.
