Hey guys, so I've been here before on MFP, but in all honesty last time I wasn't very dedicated and I was fairly crap, this time it's different. Don't know how or what but at the beginning of March something changed and my attitude and mind set is different, I'm determined to get fit and lean this year, sick of my excuses and poor effort so I'm doing something about it!
My life is busy! Being a full time university student and a single mother to two beautiful little ones means getting my training in is hard, but I've been doing this now for 3 weeks and I'm seeing results. So far I've lost 4.5lbs, I've lost Cm's and my mood and engery levels have improved, I'm already lifting a little more and I'm happy with my progress
