This is great fun, and it's easy. Hop on a bike...regular, stationary, whatever, each day for the month of February. It doesn't matter how far your ride, or how fast, or how many minutes. Just get on and move each and every day. I've done it the last couple of years, and it's really helped me get moving.

If there's enough interest, I wonder about starting a 30 Days of BIking group here on MFP? Or maybe just an ongoing thread?
